Manchester United star Amad has stressed the importance of Michael Carrick following the Red Devils’ impressive recovery. The former midfielder was handed the reins following the sacking of Ruben Amorim.

Winger Amado shared his thoughts on Carrick and gave him a glowing mention. Speaking on the Inside Carrington podcast, he said:
“He is the main person who tells us about the club we play for. He keeps telling us before the game: ‘Guys, you are playing for yourself, but you are also playing for the fans. The fans are very important to us,’ he tells us.”
“We want to win and we want to give something back to the fans, so we’re also playing for them.
