Arsenal are set for a busy February after defeating Chelsea, resulting in a rescheduled Premier League fixture, and qualifying for the Carabao Cup final.
Arsenal face a tough match after reaching the Carabao Cup final. Mikel Arteta’s side will face either Manchester City or Newcastle in their bid to win their first silver medal of the season, but their match against Wolves has been moved as a result.
The Gunners beat Chelsea 1-0 thanks to a late goal from Kai Havertz, securing a 4-2 aggregate victory and a place at Wembley on Sunday 22 March. However, this means the match against relegation candidates Wolves will be brought forward by more than a month.
Arsenal face Wolves on Wednesday 18th February. The match will take place during the Champions League play-off round, which the Gunners avoided with a perfect run in European competition.
Arsenal have a tight schedule of six games in February, including last night’s game against the Blues. Arsenal face Sunderland this weekend before a trio of games are played within a week.
There will be an away trip to Brentford on Thursday the 12th, followed by an FA Cup match against Wigan on Sunday the 15th, where they will face Wolves. The month concludes with the North London derby on the 22nd.

Declan Rice is already feeling the effects of the fixture list. “It’s a mess! The schedule is crazy,” he said.
“Everything we’ve built up over the last few years has come to fruition this season. We’ve reached the final for the first time in a very long time, so we need to enjoy this moment.”
Arteta believes reaching the final in March is the best medicine to recover from a hectic game so far. Arsenal have already played 10 games since the start of the year.
“Well, we play every three days, so it’s the best vitamin we can put into our bodies,” said the Spaniard.
“But the fact that we are working so hard to achieve that moment and to have this moment together is just magical because you can see the joy, the smiles, the energy of everyone working in the dressing room and in the club.
“Well then, yes, I’m looking forward to it.”
“We are very happy,” he added. “Overall, I think we deserved to advance after the last two games.
“It was a long game, but we expected it. Kai (Havertz) scored like that, the reaction from the crowd, and we ended the game in a beautiful way.”
