Arsenal will be hoping to continue their challenge for the Premier League title when they take on Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

The Gunners go into the weekend six points clear at the top of the table, but face a tough test against Sean Dyche’s side on Saturday.

Mikel Arteta’s side have been unbeaten in six league games since losing to Aston Villa in early December, winning five in a row before drawing with Liverpool in the final game.
Arsenal are busy elsewhere, with Forest’s trip set to be their third consecutive away game in three different competitions in one week, after facing Portsmouth and Chelsea in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup respectively.

They will then be on the road again, heading to Milan to face Inter in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.

The home side will aim to take advantage of Arsenal’s busy January away schedule and chase down important points.

Forest’s last game in the league saw them battle for three points from fellow strugglers West Ham in a crucial battle for the bottom of the table.
With the win, Dyche’s side increased their gap by seven points over the Hammers and the bottom three teams and will be hoping to use this momentum to move further away from their woes despite their recent setback of being eliminated in the FA Cup at Wrexham.
