Micky van de Ven and Parinha approached the visiting fans at full time and exchanged words, while goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario led the energetic Pedro Polo away from the crowd.
Spurs have been booed numerous times this season, with fans chanting “boring, boring Tottenham” at their team during their recent goalless draw with Brentford.
After the defeat against Bournemouth, Romero posted on social media which read: “Others should be speaking up at times like this, but they don’t – it’s been going on for the last few years.
“They only show up when things are going well and tell some lies.”

The post was later edited to remove any suggestion that he had lied.
“We apologize to all our fans who follow us everywhere, have always been there, and will always be there,” Romero wrote.
“We have a responsibility, there is no doubt about it, I am the first. But we will continue to face it and try to turn things around for ourselves and the club.”
“Others should speak up at times like this, but they don’t. The same thing has been happening for the last few years. They only show up when things are going well.
“We’re going to stay here, we’re going to work, we’re going to stick together and we’re going to do everything we can to turn things around. Especially in times like this, it’s part of football to shut up, work hard and move forward together.”
“It will be easier if we all do it together.”
Tottenham are 14th in the Premier League table but have only won one of their last six games in the top flight.
The defeat at the Vitality Stadium put further pressure on manager Thomas Frank in his first season at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
After the match, he said: “I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that it’s difficult for everyone involved with Tottenham, the players, the staff, the fans, to come to terms with what happened today.
“I hope everyone can understand how much effort is being put into getting everything in the right direction.
“I think overall we performed well. Especially in the second half, we should have scored more here as well. It’s very painful to be involved in. So of course everyone is frustrated and I’m frustrated too.”
