Manchester United are working hard to find a new sponsor as their sleeve sponsorship deal with DXC Technology expires at the end of the 2025/26 season.
Manchester United’s sleeve sponsorship agreement with DXC Technology expires at the end of this season.
In the summer of 2022, DXC began sponsoring United’s shirt sleeves in a deal said to be worth £20m per season, but this deal is due to end after the 2025/2026 season.
For four seasons, DXC has featured on the club’s home, away and third kits, providing global brand exposure for the tech giant. The multi-year partnership also enabled DXC to leverage its expertise to enhance the way United engages with fans through digital platforms.
The Premier League allowed sleeve sponsors from the start of the 2017/18 season. United have announced Koehler as their first sleeve sponsor for the upcoming campaign on a multi-year deal. The deal ends in 2022, and DXC has come forward as a sleeve sponsor, the Manchester Evening News reports.

United are currently in talks to find a new sleeve sponsor and training kit sponsor, as the DXC contract nears its end and a £24m per season deal for training gear with Tezos was signed at the end of June.
The Manchester Evening News revealed in the summer that its contract with Tezos was set to expire. Tezos-branded training kits have been worn by United’s first-team squad for the past three years, and its logo also appeared on the training kits worn by the women’s team.
Matheus Cunha was pictured wearing a Tezos-sponsored hoodie in his unveiling photo upon signing from Wolves, but his contract had expired by the time Brian Mbeumo arrived. Tezos will take over as the club’s training kit sponsor from AON following the 2022 agreement.
Insiders suggest there is a “strong pipeline” of potential partners for both sleeve and training kit sponsorships. The Reds parted ways with another sponsor, Marriott International, over the summer when it became clear that Marriott International would not renew their contract after it expired.
Marriott International has supported United since 2019, but the world’s largest hotel chain opted against expanding its sponsorship deal as part of company-wide cost-cutting efforts.
Club officials said they were “proud of the success of our partnership with Marriott”, insisting that United continues to boast one of the most attractive partnership portfolios in football.
In September, the club announced record financial income of £666.5m, commercial income of £333.3m and record matchday income of £160.3m. This result came despite United finishing 15th in the Premier League and losing in the Europa League final.
“This shows that Manchester United are resilient to shocks,” football finance expert Kieran Maguire told Mirror Football at the time. “Ed Woodward said United didn’t need to win games to be commercially successful and people were worried about that. They’ve done that in recent years.”
