More than a quarter of the Premier League season is over and Arsenal have defeated their rivals at the top of the table. The Gunners entered the weekend having won eight of their 10 games and are six points behind second-placed Manchester City.
This season saw the likes of Erling Haaland, Declan Rice and Mark Gehi play an active role. However, many players failed to shine. And Express Sport introduces the nine worst players in the Premier League this season.

Another goalkeeper who will lose his starting spot is Manchester United shot-stopper Altai Baindir. In fact, the Turkish international was only given the chance to play after Ruben Amorim lost faith in Andre Onana.
Bindil started the Red Devils’ first six Premier League games, but was plagued by errors and conceded 11 goals. He has since been replaced by summer signing Sene Lamence, and United are yet to lose with the Belgian in their squad.

Everton started the season with Beto as their starting striker, but the 27-year-old continued his form in February, scoring six goals in four games.
However, he was not so lucky this time, finding the back of the net just once all season. He was lackluster in front of goal and struggled with hold-up play. Toffees manager David Moyes demoted his number nine to the bench on Monday night as Everton drew with Sunderland.
