Manchester United’s winning streak was ended by Nottingham Forest. After a disastrous year in charge of the Red Devils, Ruben Amorim’s side come into this battle having won three straight Premier League games.

The Portuguese coach’s team took the lead through Casemiro’s goal and remained in the lead going into half-time. However, Sean Dyche’s side turned the game around with Morgan Gibbs-White and Nicolo Savona scoring within the first five minutes of the second half. The Reds were on the verge of defeat, but Amad came on and scored a stunning equalizer just nine minutes into the game, giving the Reds a 2-2 draw. Here’s how United’s players performed at the City Ground.

Despite making several decisive saves, he was powerless to stop Forest’s two goals, especially the second. Rating: 6/10

luke shaw

Amad Diallo

He created two great chances with cuts from the right side. Despite not being able to get a header against Gibbs-White, he scored a stunning goal to level the game at 2-2. 7/10

Casemiro

Bruno Fernandes

Although he was relatively restrained in the first half, he provided a beautiful cross for Casemiro’s goal. In the second half, the ball hit the post, but Casemiro was unable to capitalize on the rebound. 6/10

Diogo Dalot

Dalot was always frowned upon when playing on the left flank and proved to be lacking in ability at various points during the match. Mr. Amorim expected more from him, but he did not go beyond that. 3/10

Brian Mbeumo

Mbeumo is playing with great confidence and could have recorded a few assists if he had had the chance. He sent a tempting pass to Benjamin Sesco in the first half, but the striker did not take any risks. 7/10

Benjamin Sesco

Sesco missed a chance in the box early in the game, deftly creating space before firing another shot wide of the target. He looked sharp and scored from the front, but could not find the back of the net. 5/10

Despite working hard, Cunha did not reach the peak of his creativity. 6/10
