Romero was fouled by Ronaldo Araujo to set a penalty for former Barcelona winger Alexis Sanchez’s conversion in 13 minutes.

Romero then doubled his advantage by firing back on the 36th after Barcelona defender Jules Caunde was stripped of the ball.

Marcus Rashford redirected a cross from Pedri for his first Laliga goal since joining Barcelona on loan in July, using one touch.

After a Lewandowski mistake, Jose Angel Carmona finished the fight back with a long angled shot passing Wojciech Szczesny stretched on the 89th. Akor Adams added another six minutes to the downtime.
