MILAN (AP) — After the aid Inter Milan on track to win Serie A trophycaptain Lautaro Martinez is also expected to win the top scorer award.
In the run-up to the Italian Cup final on Saturday, Lautaro scored one goal and set up another to help Inter win 3-0 against Lazio 10-a-side.
This takes his total league goals to 17, four ahead of his closest rival, teammate Marcus Thuram. Como duo Tasos Dubikas and Nico Paz are five fewer than Argentina’s World Cup winners.

On Saturday, Inter took an early lead in the sixth minute when Thuram responded to a long throw-in and Lautaro volleyed home from close range.
Inter increased their lead to two points just before half-time. Lautaro and Andy Diouf exchanged several passes on the left side of the area, Lautaro passed the ball around and Petar Susic fired a shot into the top left corner from outside the area.
Hopes that Lazio would salvage anything faded when defender Alessio Romagnoli was sent off in the 59th for a high stud-up challenge on Ange-Yohan Bony. The Inter forward was lucky to come back unharmed. Romagnoli will be suspended when Lazio play Roma next Sunday.

Sardinians are still not safe
Cagliari are still mathematically safe from relegation after losing 2-0 at home to Udinese.
Cagliari are nine points ahead of 18th-placed Cremonese, who host already relegated Pisa on Sunday.
Lecce are just four points above the drop zone and play fourth-placed Juventus later on Saturday.
