Leeds United have reportedly joined the race for former Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser, who is available as a free agent this summer.

Fraser left the Cherries on June 30 in pursuit of a new adventure after seven years with the south coast club.

However, he has not played since the last Premier League before the lockdown in March, with former boss Eddie Howe refusing to play an exit-bound player.

Around the same time, reports linked Arsenal and Tottenham with a move for the 26-year-old. However, 90min now claims both London clubs have retracted their interest.

What’s more, the source says Leeds and fellow promotion winners West Brom and Fulham are now keen.

Along with frontrunners Crystal Palace and West Ham, Newcastle and Brighton, the three new entrants to the top flight take the number of Fraser’s potential suitors to seven.

Arsenal and Tottenham reportedly backed away because they do not value him as much as they once did. Indeed, the Gunners have moved for another free agent, former Chelsea star Willian.

Leeds are after attacking reinforcements to support Patrick Bamford up front. Whites owner Andrea Radrizzani has promised to invest in a bid to help Marcelo Bielsa’s side impress.

Fraser’s best record in the Premier League came two seasons ago. He registered 14 assists, one behind leader Eden Hazard.

He struggled to recreate such form in the most recent campaign, however, scoring once and assisting four other goals.

Such a record was reflective of the Cherries’ season, which ultimately ended in relegation. The drop down a division has already led to sales, with Nathan Ake leaving for Manchester City.

LEEDS ALSO KEEN ON HARRY WILSON DEAL?

Another winger Leeds are also reportedly willing to sign is Liverpool’s Harry Wilson.

The 23-year-old’s future is unclear after he returned from a loan spell with Bournemouth. He impressed early on before fading away towards the end of the season.

Now, reports claim the Reds could offload the Welshman permanently for the right price.
