Jack Grealish has been told to turn his back on Pep Guardiola. That’s because it denies England a possible chance to be involved in Thomas Tuchel’s World Cup squad.<\/p>\n
That’s the view of former Everton and Chelsea star Pat Nevin. He believes Greil made a mistake in returning to Manchester City once his loan deal with the Toffees ends in June.<\/p>\n
Grealish was a revelation for David Moyes’ men, scoring a last-gasp winner to help sink high-flying Crystal Palace last weekend. And Nevin told Betright that Greash should look to make the move to Everton permanent.<\/p>\n

Nevin said: \u201cI would be delighted if Thomas Tuchel selected Jack Grealish for the World Cup. \u201cIn Jack\u2019s position, I would make the most of my chances of being selected for the national team by staying at Everton.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe has guaranteed game time, is given creative freedom and is not beholden to the other star players in the side.<\/p>\n
“He can thrive in David Moye’s team and I think that puts him in a good position to be selected for England.<\/p>\n

“Sometimes moves to big clubs don’t work out and it doesn’t work out for everyone. I think it’s not because he lacks skill or ability, which is what happened with Jack.<\/p>\n
\u201cI wouldn’t be surprised if Grealish gets called up for the World Cup, but he’s playing in the toughest position to get selected for England.<\/p>\n
\u201cBehind the strikers we have about nine players queued up who can play throughout the attack.<\/p>\n
“It will be difficult for him to put his name up on the team sheet, but he is far more likely to do it at Everton than Manchester City.<\/p>\n
