Manchester, UK (AP) – New Manchester United goalkeeper Senne Lammens<\/span> It was named to the starting lineup for the first time in the team’s Premier League match against Sunderland on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Lammens was signed $24.7 million from Royal Antwerp on the day of his transfer deadline, but he had to wait for his first appearance.<\/p>\n

Critic United coach Reuben Amorim turned his attention to the Belgian after a troubled start to the season, which saw speculation spread around his position.<\/p>\n

The goal shift saw Turkish keeper Altai Bayindeal pull a string of saves to keep the score in a 3-1 loss to Brentford last week. However, Bay Indeal made an error as United struggled at the start of the season, including failing to deal with the corner that led to Arsenal’s goal in the season opener.<\/p>\n

Amorim made some changes to his starting lineup. Another summer I signed Mashus Ku\u00f1a on the bench, reminding me of Amado Diallo and Mason Mount.<\/p>\n

United have lost three of their six league games this season and are knocked out of the English League Cup by fourth-ranked Grimsby. <\/p>\n
