Manchester United hopes that Reuben Amorim will continue to take charge at Old Trafford, and the 40-year-old will not be resigning as head coach. It seems serious consequences are needed to change the stance of Sunderland entering an international break.<\/p>\n

Speaking to NBC Sports, David Ornstein suggested that unless the outcome was so serious, it would be far from being fired after a loss. I hope he will continue his work.<\/p>\n
United are said to maintain their faith in the Portuguese. Both parties know that the outcome must improve, but the team is also attracting attention for supporting the head coach.<\/p>\n

Amorim admits he expects a “really tough match” against Sunderland. The Black Cat was the 1-0 winner at Nottingham Forest last time.<\/p>\n

“It’s going to be a really tough game. They’re doing really well,” Amorim said. “And when you look at the game, they draw one player with one player at the end (moment) of the game, draw one point (get it), win in the final play against Brentford, and get three more points.<\/p>\n
“I think the details are a big change in the table, so we need to pay attention to that. It’s a team that plays really well and a clear 4-3-3 system with lots of rotation on the side of the pitch.<\/p>\n
“They’re confident and we know we’re under pressure. We need to be able to play with it, and we’re prepared for tough, tough games.”<\/p>\n
