His move towards the Bayerns was ultimately allowed Chelsea to remember Mark Giu from his loan move at Sunderland and advance in filling the gap left behind by Delap. Jackson initially wanted to stay at Chelsea and compete for his place with Joao Pedro and former Manchester City forward.<\/p>\n

However, Maresca kicked him out of the first team, prompting Bayern to move.<\/p>\n

“It wasn’t easy, but we played a very good game and worked hard. I’m so happy to score the first goal for the club. I haven’t played or trained alone for two months so I’m still back in full fitness. I work hard every day. I’m very happy here.<\/p>\n

Jackson’s specific mention of the lack of training he had in his final months at Chelsea shows he was frustrated by the omitted from Maresca’s team. His move to Bayern is on a current loan, but could be a permanent move of \u00a356 million if certain provisions are met.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It is understood that this move will be triggered when he starts 40 games in all competitions this season. This is a high target given the fact that he is competing with England’s captain Harry Kane.<\/p>\n

Bayern chief Uli Hoynes recently argued that it is impossible for the conditions to be met before the movement “will never happen.” However, Jackson’s agent Ali Baratt believes the forward can convince the company that it’s worth working on the \u00a356 million option.<\/p>\n

He told RMC Sport: “If you play 40 games, you have a must-have purchase option, but there is also an \u00a356 million option. So, if Nico (Jackson) plays the current market price of the Striker this season for \u00a356 million, I think he should buy him.<\/p>\n

“It all depends on how Jackson fits and plays. But I don’t think there’s a problem with paying for it at the end of the summer, as it usually does.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
