The board believes changes are needed to improve the team&#8217;s position in the Premier League as soon as possible,&#8221; a statement from the club said.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mt-3 first:mt-0 lg:mt-4\">\n<p>\u201cThe club can see that assistant coaches Bruno Salt, first-team coaches of Billy Reed and Narciss Perach, lead goalkeeper Casper Anchor Glenn and goalkeeper coach Lina Skandlin were also quick to come into effect. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mt-3 first:mt-0 lg:mt-4\">\n<p>\u201cThe board is grateful to Graham and his coaching staff for spending time with Hammer and wishing all their success in the future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mt-3 first:mt-0 lg:mt-4\">\n<p>&#8220;The process of appointing an exchange is underway.
