He is not prevented from playing football, but he must notify the police of his international trip one day in advance.<\/p>\n<p>The midfielder appeared on South Work Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to all six charges against him. His trial date is set for November 2, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement in July when the party was indicted, his lawyer, Jenny Wiltshire, said:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8220;He now welcomes the opportunity to finally clear his name. Given the ongoing legal process, my client cannot comment further.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Part left Arsenal at the end of last season at the expiration of his contract and later joined Villarreal on a free transfer.<\/p>\n<p>An Arsenal spokesman said at the time Partey was indicted, &#8220;The player&#8217;s contract ended on June 30th.
