Liverpool head coach Arne Slot has admitted that the UK record signing Alexander Isaac is not in a state that has a massive appearance as the schedule rises to coincide with the start of the Champions League.<\/p>\n
The \u00a3125 million striker was removed from the team for Sunday’s final 1-0 victory at Burnley, playing just 18 minutes of football in Sweden, missing preseason and match time due to controversy with Newcastle.<\/p>\n
ISAK held a hard training session on Saturday, and was involved in recovery while his new teammates worked for Turf Moor for four consecutive times, with Mohamed Sara’s penalty extending the Reds’ 100% record and restoring a three-point lead at the Premier League Summit.<\/p>\n
“When players start a season where they have five weeks off, they give them a specific base before they play 45 minutes,” said slot, where Atletico Madrid’s Atletico Madrid turned his face at Anfield on Wednesday evening.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe got him in a state where we can see his preseason begin from Newcastle, and he needs proper training before he has a particular base.<\/p>\n
“We try to prepare players to play once a week at the beginning of the season, and try to do more before the rhythm of three games a week.<\/p>\n
“Alex isn’t ready for a three-game schedule in a week, but today we can use him on five minutes and Wednesdays at 10 and 15, but I don’t think that’s how to build him.<\/p>\n

“In Sweden, they did the right thing by giving him a good session without playing much.<\/p>\n
“But if he plays 45 on Wednesday, don’t expect to play more than 45 on Saturday (against Everton) as his body isn’t prepared for that.”<\/p>\n
Slot admits his team has been lucky after getting frustrated with Clarett’s organized defense, and after sending a delay from Burnley’s Leslie Ugochuk, it was reassuring to take the three points after being rewarded for chasing more attackers and chasing the victory.<\/p>\n
“They have most of the points so I have nothing negative about it, but it was hard to pass 11 players in their 18-yard box and we were expected to draw the whole game,” Slot said.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut we tried the alternative we went to bring in all the players that could attack the pitch.<\/p>\n
“I think we were six or seven in the end, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with scoring with us, but we created a penalty and had a big chance with Jeremie (Frimpong) before that.”<\/p>\n
Despite his defeat, Burnley boss Scott Parker was proud of his player.<\/p>\n
“It’s really tough and I’m doing everything for the players. We took the game in the 95th minute today and the penalty decided that,” he said.<\/p>\n
