But that’s part of the problem with Amorim. He becomes stubborn, and his blind loyalty and faith to his keeper and his ridiculous formation are tactics, which is why the alarm bell should ring.<\/p>\n
Amorim now looks out from his depths. He looks like a young coach and is drowning in anticipation at a club where he struggles to turn it around.<\/p>\n

The system is not suitable for the players he has. It’s not working.<\/p>\n
The back three have a biased midfield that doesn’t make the most of wingbacks and the best player Bruno Fernandez.<\/p>\n
Still, if you choose a United team on the 4-2-3-1 system – let’s mess up the keeper, Dalot, De Ligt, Yoro, Shaw. Ugarte, Mine. Mbeumo, Fernandez, Cunha; SESKO – Suddenly a team was formed.<\/p>\n
It’s better than the complete fix for 3-4-2-1 that isn’t working.<\/p>\n
It’s not the quality of the manager’s quality to insist that he doesn’t change his system. Why isn’t it one? It’s not working.<\/p>\n
It is actually a sign of weakness. Coaches show their flaws by being unable to change or adapt.<\/p>\n
