Reuben Amorim faces a critical period as Manchester United head coach, with the next three games effectively deciding his future at Old Trafford. The Red Devils have a disappointing start to their Premier League season, securing just four points from their first four games and are waning in 14th place.<\/p>\n

Since taking the reins at United 10 months ago, Amorim has managed only eight wins in 31 league matches, so a senior dressing room player has been on him. It is understood that the situation will be reviewed after the upcoming trio equipment, despite assurances from the club’s top brass that they will fully support Amorim and that there are no administrative shake-up plans.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

United are scheduled to play Chelsea at home this Saturday, followed by an away game with Brentford and a clash with the newly promoted Sunderland at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

Amorim is acutely aware of the pressure he has reached, especially considering United’s place 15th place following a lack of start to the season, taking into account the worst league in more than half a century.<\/p>\n

In the first match of the international break, we see United against the champion and fierce rival Liverpool. If shapes and outcomes do not improve prior to this difficult trip to Anfield, the club’s hierarchy may feel forced to consider changes in the helm.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that similar promises were made to Eric Ten Hag before he suddenly rejected nine games the previous season, despite guarantees of private faith in Amorim.<\/p>\n

The upcoming league match against Sunderland will be United’s eighth match of the season, with manager Amorim fully aware that his position is under scrutiny unless he can guide his team towards a winning streak.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Possible successors to Amorim include Oliver Grasner of Crystal Palace, former England manager Gareth Southgate, Marco Silva of Fulham and Andniiraola of Bournemouth.<\/p>\n

Mauricio Pockettino, the former Tottenham boss who currently leads the US national team and previously linked to United’s job when 10 hugs were appointed, will also be considered a potential candidate for the Old Trafford Hot Seat if Amorim is rejected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
