Harry Kane called England’s opponent “average” while slamming Serbia 5-0 in World Cup qualifiers. It was a five-star show from the 1966 world champion. He went into full control with a statement victory at the top of Group K.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Thomas Touchel highlighted the performances of the two outstanding stars during post-match reporting. When quized on Elliot Anderson’s show, the German tactician answered: “I discovered Elliot (Anderson) at a Nottingham performance.<\/p>\n

“Every game is different. We had a meeting at the beginning of the week. We didn’t train for three weeks. Usually half the preseason. It takes time, it takes a few weeks. The players did great things. The credits went to them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Meanwhile, when asked to comment on Madueke, he added: “He has the ability to score speed and 1 vs 1 duels, which he needs to add to his game, so I’m very pleased he scored today.<\/p>\n

For the UK, there could be a monumental disaster to avoid winning a qualifying group and not having a stress-free place for next summer’s World Cup. Their next outing is a friendly clash with Wales in October. Before, they will face Latvia in Riga and face off for six qualifying matches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
