Switzerland, Nion (AP) – Italy withdrew its bid to host the 2029 Women’s European Championship, leaving four candidates in the 16-team tournament.<\/p>\n

Joint bids by Germany, Poland, Portugal, Denmark and Sweden will compete in a December 3rd vote by the UEFA Executive Committee, UEFA said on Friday.<\/p>\n

Italy will co-host T\u00fcrkiye and Men’s Euro 2032, Already under pressure<\/span> To provide five modern stadiums on time.<\/p>\n

Germany seems to be popular<\/span> It offers a highly profitable 31-game tournament in 2029, using Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund stadiums. These venues can accommodate around 70,000 people for international games.<\/p>\n

The Euro 2025, which was a huge success in Switzerland in July, set a total of 650,000 fans in tournament records.<\/p>\n

England retained that title, Defeated Spain with a penalty shootout<\/span> After a 1-1 draw at Basel, they will ask for a hat trick if they qualify in 2029.<\/p>\n
