Jack Grelish is back to enjoying his football as he starred in Everton’s Curtain Laning victory over Brighton in the new stadium.<\/p>\n
The Manchester City ace got assists from Iliman Ndiey and James Garner in a 2-0 victory at Hill Dickinson Stadium.<\/p>\n
Grealish, 29, has fallen from favor with Pep Guardiola, so he needs to make a difference this summer and loves life in the blue half of Merseyside.<\/p>\n
He states: “The main thing was to enjoy playing football and enjoy playing every day. I have not fallen from love in the last few years, but have not enjoyed what I didn’t need.<\/p>\n
“My family told me that when I was home. It depends on anyone but me. I absolutely love football and want to have that feeling again when I can’t wait to get up and get out there on a game day.<\/p>\n

“That’s how I felt today and hopefully my performance showed it.” Everton kicked off his life at the new stadium with a big three-pointer, and boss David Moe paid tribute to those who made it happen.<\/p>\n
He states:<\/p>\n
“This is a huge step for the Everton Football Club. We have a variety of managers here for 100 years, but the stadium is here and we have to start building a strong team.<\/p>\n
“We’re trying to get a good foundation.” Brighton only has one point after two games.<\/p>\n

Boss Fabian Hazeler argues that Manchester United’s halftime alternative is tactical, not a distraction about his future.<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cI don’t wonder how we are losing, of course, the game can move in a different direction, but ultimately it’s about scoring goals when creating opportunities and holding a clean sheet.<\/p>\n
“There were some details we didn’t do right. If you want to win the game, that’s something we have to improve.”<\/p>\n
