Many Everton supporters were disappointed with an opening Premier League match this weekend at the new Hill Dickinson Stadium. Nevertheless, Toffee continued to stylishly mark his first collision in his new home with a 2-0 victory over Brighton.<\/p>\n

After a disappointing 1-0 defeat at the hands of Leeds United, David Moe’s side wanted to respond to make sure the Seagulls didn’t ruin the party on Sunday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Everton overcame early Brighton pressures and gave them a lead from close range after Iliman Ndiey’s good work from Jack Grelish to the left. James Garner went into the bottom corner after halftime on a sweet strike and placed the game on the bed, leaving Bert Verbruggen without a chance.<\/p>\n

But not all Everton fans are happy with the winning afternoon. Those sitting in the Hospitality section of Clubview were unhappy with the services they received during Sunday’s game, considering they paid \u00a3190 for each ticket.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

One supporter wrote to X, formerly known as Twitter: “That Clubview is an absolute dishonor. In my life I couldn’t serve in Goodison. I had no chance at this Clubview.<\/p>\n

Another addition: “It’s a massacre. No one has the infrastructure to use tenors. Use your tenors or look at the entire game. You can’t do both. The staff have no clue what’s going on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The third supporter wrote: “An absolute hellish scene there. They’ve learned nothing from the Roman game. There’s nothing about it. The catering outlet is just one only space. Not allowed elsewhere in the stadium.<\/p>\n

Everton supporters spoke about how they felt there was a significant shortage of staff in their assigned areas.<\/p>\n

Those sitting in the area hope that Sunday issues are merely teething issues and that more positive performances on the pitch give them more reason to celebrate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
