Ebeki Eze’s \u00a360 million move from Crystal Palace to Arsenal is expected to be confirmed as early as this weekend, according to the PA Communications Agency. The final details of the 27-year-old’s contract are almost complete, pushing Arsenal’s summer spending beyond the \u00a3250 million mark.<\/p>\n

Crystal Palace Manager Oliver Grasner revealed that Eze, who is absent from the team due to the conference league playoffs at Selhurst Park, informed him that he could not play Thursday morning. \u201cHonestly, he was hoping to start for us today, but he called me this morning and said he doesn’t feel much of a play in the evening, and of course I have to accept that.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“I have to accept that. If the player said he wasn’t ready to play, of course we had to accept that.<\/p>\n

“And it was pretty busy. I don’t like changing the start 11 of 11 on the day of the match, especially in this situation. It’s the first time in Crystal Palace’s European football, but again, we have to deal with it.<\/p>\n

Eze is poised to be his seventh summer signature after Arsenal moved after surpassing Tottenham for England International. This week’s stunning AIDS transfer was followed quickly this week after Kai Herberts sustained knee injury.<\/p>\n
