Liverpool may be able to land Marcguech using Harvey Elliot on a swap deal with Crystal Palace. The Reds began meeting earlier this week, signing Palace Captain Guehi at the summer transfer window to recognize the possibility of double deals.<\/p>\n
After Liverpool leaked many goals in the preseason and the club worked to sign Gahi and Palma defender Giovanni Leoni, Arneslot is desperate to bolster his defense. Guehi is entering the final year of his palace contract and appears to be poised to defend the Premier League champions.<\/p>\n
The Reds expect to sign England International for a fee of around \u00a330 million to \u00a335 million, but the palace will remain at \u00a340 million. Nowadays, negotiations are complicated by the Palace’s interest in Elliott.<\/p>\n
Elliott played 53 times for the slot side last season to win the title, but was generally used from the bench of alternatives, which only started twice in the Premier League. The Sun reports that he is eager to the 22-year-old as the palace is considering an alternative to Ebebeki Eze. The club’s star playmakers are seen by Tottenham, Arsenal and the Palace.<\/p>\n
Spurs is ready to start a bid for Eze and believes he can sign him before Arsenal. This situation created a chain of connected transfers.<\/p>\n
Liverpool is worth Elliot at \u00a340 million as the midfielder has two years left on the contract. They are happy to sell him as they understand his desire to play more regularly as they aim to be the England team’s place in the 2026 World Cup.<\/p>\n

Eze has a \u00a368 million release clause written on its contract with the Eagles, but is expected to expire on Friday. The Spurs, who lost James Madison to an ACL injury, are not expected to cause a clause and instead hope to sign the midfielder for under \u00a368 million.<\/p>\n

Elliott is also linked to RB Leipzig. RB Leipzig was able to use him as the replacement for Zabi Simons, tied up by Chelsea. Brighton and West Ham are also considering bidding for Elliott, but the move hasn’t come to fruition yet.<\/p>\n
