Kansas City Current co-owner Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany have swapped the new homes of the NWSL team, sparkling CPKC Stadium and Arrowhead Stadium, turning family visits into a heartwarming event.

Wearing matching KC current gear, the Mahomes family made a sunny afternoon unforgettable. Sterling and Bronze ran around the sidelines with soccer balls, while Baby Golden captivated the spectators with their red bow and a small team Onesie.

The images provided both fans and the media with a welcome intimately woven, fun family life.

In this perfect scene, Patrick couldn’t resist injecting a bit of carefree humor. After Brittany shared the photo on Instagram, he heard and commented on a small, related moment from one of the NFL’s most fascinating families: bearded food crumbs.

“Would you like to bring out your beard next time?” he wrote.

Its playful one-liner reminded me that despite their fame and sophisticated public image, Mahomenians still embrace everyday quirks and parenting humor.

Brittany is the heart behind the growing women’s soccer power

I make a lot of money in Brittany’s spotlight moments. The former college soccer standout fitness trainer, together with Patrick and renowned investors Chris and Angeelong, set up and moved to co-owned entrepreneurship and advocacy, establishing the current Kansas City team.

Her leadership has transformed the first dedicated stadium in the sport, transforming CPKC Stadium into a thrilling hub for women’s soccer in Kansas City.

The couple’s journey is rooted in years of dating and mutual support. My high school lover in the White House, Texas, was a partner, both personal and professional.

Patrick officially joined the current ownership in 2023, becoming the first active NFL player in the NWSL.

Family, timing, teamwork

Their dedication to their families is evident in more ways than cutting-edge stadiums and successful investments.

When Baby Golden arrived on January 12th, she made a dramatic entrance at the perfect timing, which marked the beginning of the Chiefs’ playoff by week.

Brittany has made a move worthy of her championship by giving birth between games, allowing Patrick to join in full without missing a snap.

“Golden was born on January 12th and it worked perfectly. … Brittany crushed it. I was watching the playoff games all day. She went into labor after a game.
