Arsenal began the season with a victory over Manchester United, but it wasn’t the easiest debut of his Premier League debut for Victor Gyoker. Swedish Strickle scored fun goals in the Championship and Primila Liga, prompting a \u00a364 million move to Arsenal, but drew a gap on the Gunners’ first league outing.<\/p>\n
United also linked to the Scandinavians who played under Portugal’s Reuben Amorim. However, he ended in North London, and the Red Devils turned their attention to Benjamin Sesco, arriving in August.<\/p>\n
“What (Mikel) Arteta did with Gyoker,” asked one fan after the new striker failed to register a shot on the pitch at Old Trafford. “There’s a reason (Brighton owner) Tony Bloom will have Gjoker set out for over \u00a31 million,” another said.<\/p>\n
“I don’t want to be too recoiling, but Gyoker looked so much from his depths,” the third person said. “Arsenal will never fulfill his strengths.”<\/p>\n
Sasko also struggled to make an impact after arriving from the bench, with some drawing less effective comparisons with reclassifying league champion Liverpool. “(Hugo) Ekitike looks like a Prime R9 compared to Sesko and Gyokeres” was one take.<\/p>\n

After winning against Liverpool on Friday and Manchester City on Saturday, Arsenal was under pressure last season. They took an early lead in unusual circumstances, and goalkeeper David Raya ensured they would stay ahead.<\/p>\n
Riccardo calafiori scored the game’s only goal by scoring the net from a point blank range after an error from United Keeper Altay Bayindir. Ultimately, the gunners didn’t need two seconds and before facing Liverpool the following week, they hosted the newly promoted Leeds.<\/p>\n

“Arsenal really dug. They showed a lot of resilience,” former United captain Gary Neville said during a Sky Sports report. “We know how good they are defensively. The goalkeepers made really good saves and the back four got better as the game progressed.<\/p>\n
“Arsenal has never been at its best, but coming to Manchester is always tough, whether it’s Old Trafford or on the ground in Man City. Getting three points is a big deal for Mikel Arteta.”<\/p>\n

“We weren’t on the best day at the ball. Defensively, we weren’t at our best, so it was a tough battle,” Arsenal keeper David Raya admitted. \u201cWe achieved our goal in the corner in the first half and we just fought from there to the end.<\/p>\n
“I praise the boys for getting a clean sheet. I know I was able to lose the game, but football is like this. Three points are important on days like this.<\/p>\n
