Liverpool remains interested in dealing with Newcastle striker Alexander Isaac and Mo Sarah.<\/h2>\n

Mo Salah hints in his connection with Liverpool that he believes Alexander Isak is one of the best players in the Premier League. Newcastle forward is being targeted by the Reds ahead of the transfer deadline next month.<\/p>\n
The real-life champion has already received a bid of over \u00a3100 million by the Magpie. ISAK has submitted forwarding requests and continues training from his Newcastle teammates who have not been on pre-season tours.<\/p>\n
Just a week before the 2025\/26 season began, Liverpool’s Star Sarah was asked for a verdict on his Fantasy Premier League prices. And interestingly, he appears to be a huge fan of Isaac.<\/p>\n
The Egyptian forward said:<\/p>\n
“Now I’m the best. No! Make the striker the best. Haaland should be the best. Isaac should be the best. So the winger should be the best.”<\/p>\n

And while Sarah appears to be eager to travel, Newcastle doesn’t want Isaac to leave anytime soon. The Magpie told their stars they were not allowed to leave this summer.<\/p>\n
With an update on strikers, Eddie Howe said: \u201cWe have debate and it is clear that he cannot be involved in the group, and we don’t know how long that will last.<\/p>\n
“He trains later than the rest of the teams. There has been debate since the tour. I don’t think there has been any disciplinary action.<\/p>\n

“He’s here, so of course he has a future in Newcastle. From our perspective, we want him to come back with the team, but the situation is right for that to happen.”<\/p>\n
When asked if Isak could play in Premier League opener vs Aston Villa on his side, Howe replied.<\/p>\n
“There’s no part of me that I don’t want that outcome, but I don’t think the current situation has changed before Aston Villa.”<\/p>\n
