Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has completed his second loan move from Old Trafford since Reuben Amorim took charge and spoke about the club’s status.<\/h2>\n

Marcus Rashford believes Manchester United has found himself “in an empty land” after ticking and changing managers several times in recent years. Reuben Amorim is currently at the helm, and the Portuguese is in charge of his first full season.<\/p>\n
That season begins without Rashford at Old Trafford. England International will move to Barcelona on loan and could end up permanently in Catalonia if things go well. His own focus lies in the work at hand in the LA La Liga, but he lamented the change in Old Trafford that brought United to this point.<\/p>\n
“We’ve been transitioning for years, but people say we need to start that in order to move. The actual transition hasn’t started yet,” Rashford said the rest is a football podcast. “When Liverpool went through this, they got (Jurgen) Klopp and stuck to him. They didn’t win at first. People only remember his last few years when he competed with the city (Manchester) and won the biggest trophy.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo start the transition, you need to plan and stick to it, and here I will talk about being realistic about your situation.<\/p>\n
Liverpool reached the Europa League final in Klopp’s first season, losing to Sevilla. United did the same in Amorim’s first campaign, but it remains to be seen whether the club is as patient as its rivals.<\/p>\n
Klopp had been at Anfield for over three and a half years before reaching the Champions League finals, and three and a half years before winning the trophy. Since Sir Alex Ferguson left Old Trafford in 2013, there has been no manager who has been in his role there for three years.<\/p>\n

“Show us a successful team that just adapts,” Rashford said, looking back at his Ferguson days and what happened afterwards. \u201cWhen Fergie was in charge, the first team principle (the entire academy was set up, so players who have been 15+ years old can be chosen) is the full generation.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe see it on teams that have been successful over a period of time, and they have the principle that the coming coaches, the coming players must be able to fit in or add to these principles.<\/p>\n
“Sometimes United just… feel like we’re upset about winning, but we always try to sign and sign players that fit this system. But it’s reactionary.”<\/p>\n
Certainly, signing players to fit the manager’s system is something United also did this summer as they prepare to kick off a new season with Arsenal on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo were signed to operate as twin No. 10 in the 3-4-2-1 formation where Amorim married, but \u00a374 million has become the club’s new No. 9 for Benjamin Sesco. To combine is a \u00a3200 million expenditure to give Amorim the attack he wants after the pair Rasmus Hoilund and Joshua Zilky, who accidentally burned last year, are filled with impressive duties.<\/p>\n

With Diego Leon adding defensive depth and more possibilities before the window closes, Amorim thinks the headache of choice is nothing more than a good one.<\/p>\n
“It’s not like last season that we have to struggle to put 11 players on the pitch, it should be something like that,” he said friendly to Fiorentina on Saturday. “This is normal, so I need to think about it, they (players) need to fight on weekdays, so they can change my mind, I have an idea, but they change my mind on weekdays.<\/p>\n
“It’s going to be tough because we’re trying to arrange a week of training. So there’s two very strong sessions over time at work, and then we’re really thinking about the strategy of the game and ready.”<\/p>\n
