Sjoglen’s longtime assistant and friend Anders Jacobson has been named interim coach throughout the year and will join the team in the coming weeks, the team said. Current interim coach Elamasar will continue as assistant coach. <\/p>\n
“This appointment is the result of a rigorous, data-driven employment process and deep discussion about football identity, methodology and long-term vision. We were looking for people with extraordinary human values, not just top-level coaches. <\/p>\n
The star fired coach Lone Donaldson after winning only one of six games to start the NWSL season.<\/p>\n
Donaldson led the Jamaican national team To the knockout round at the 2023 Women’s World Cup<\/span>I was in my second season with Chicago. The star went 10-14-2 in his first season and made the playoffs.<\/p>\nThe star is currently 1-9-5 and sits second in the NWSL rankings. <\/p>\n
