Currently, negotiations are underway between the two sides, and the winger is open to join Tottenham if it can reach an agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Frank revealed that the Spurs&#8217; higher powers felt that Savigno was the &#8220;ideal player&#8221; on his part. Openness to new challenges at 21 means that personal terms aren&#8217;t an issue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The Brazilian joined the city last summer on a deal worth \u00a330.8 million from his sister club Girona, and Pep Guardiola&#8217;s side is keen to make money at the forward given his potential. Prices for the \u00a343 million region are being discussed.<\/p>\n<p>Savigno scored three goals in all competitions last season and assisted 11 times.
