Newcastle United, Tottenham and Everton are also interested in signing Scott.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">However, United and Arsenal are currently in pole position to sign the Scot in a \u00a340m deal. Scott&#8217;s representatives are in talks with both clubs and it is understood he is expected to make a decision on his departure within the next two weeks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The Scot is said to be in favor of a move to the Emirates, but is concerned about how much game time he will get for Mikel Arteta&#8217;s English champions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Follow Man United&#8217;s FB page!
