But that changed on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The club has announced that player Marc-Andre Ter Stegen has signed La Liga the necessary approval to send medical reports relating to his surgery to La Liga,&#8221; Barcelona said in a statement. &#8220;The disciplinary case has been closed and the players are the captains of the first team and once again will be in immediate effect.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It was in the club <span class=\"LinkEnhancement\">Disciplinary procedure has begun<\/span> against goalkeeper Tuesday after a contradiction over how long he recovered from a lumbar surgery that Ter Stegen successfully performed last week.<\/p>\n<p>Barcelona had to sign an injury report so that it would be sent to the Spanish league to clear the pay cap space and make it easier for the club to register other players without violating financial fair play rules.<\/p>\n<p>Ter Stegen said the recovery time would be about three months prior to the surgery.
