Leonard has just four days to make his thoughts known before Tunisia takes on Japan in Monterrey, Mexico on Saturday. Tunisia will play group favorite Netherlands on June 25 in Kansas City.<\/p>\n
This could be another fascinating chapter in the coach’s colorful career, who first came to the attention of the football world in 2004 at English lower-league club Cambridge.<\/p>\n
At the time, Renard was working as an assistant to another well-traveled French coach. Claude de Roy coached Cameroon to the 1998 World Cup six years before arriving on the soccer fringes of this city better known for his university career.<\/p>\n
Renard is still looking dashing at the age of 57 and is sure to bring his usual style and charm to further World Cup appearances.<\/p>\n
