Christie has made 177 appearances for Bournemouth in all competitions since joining from Celtic in August 2021, scoring 10 goals and setting up a further 17 goals.<\/p>\n

Last season, Christie made 26 appearances in the Premier League, scoring against Crystal Palace and Manchester United, helping Bournemouth to a sixth-place finish. This was the best result ever and was enough to qualify for the first European competition.<\/p>\n

“With the World Cup coming up, we felt it was the perfect time to sign before we leave for it. We can now fully focus on the future,” Christie said in the team’s announcement.<\/p>\n
