Luis Enrique also won the Champions League with Barcelona in 2015 and on Tuesday became the fastest manager to reach 50 wins in the competition, proving his all-action approach is working.<\/p>\n

Aggressive tendencies are gaining ground<\/h2>\n

It’s no wonder, then, that his methods are resonating elsewhere. Bayern in particular have led the way in this season’s Champions League under Vincent Kompany and have already won the German title.<\/p>\n

With 43 goals, PSG are the top scoring team in this season’s Champions League. Bayern are second with 42 points.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy job is to only accept the perfect,\u201d Kompany said. “There were some aspects of the game that were inevitable and it was a risk that we were both willing to take.”<\/p>\n

More goals, more thrills<\/h2>\n

High-scoring matches are a trend in the Champions League. This season, he is averaging well over three goals per game (3.51 goals).<\/p>\n

This is higher than last season’s previous best average of 3.27.<\/p>\n
