Marcus Rashford is trapped in a loan move to Barcelona, and the Manchester United star must follow some strict rules to succeed under Hansifrik. Rashford is frozen at Old Trafford and hopes to return to its best in Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Flick also demands that players meet at team hotels ahead of every game, and the 60-year-old is said to be keen to “control all the details and avoid unpleasant surprises.” He also discarded late-night flights after the away game to prioritize player recovery.<\/p>\n
However, training under the flick is extremely difficult, with Barcelona implementing long, intense training sessions that last around an hour and a half. He also discards the fines system enforced under Xavi and trusts his players to explain themselves.<\/p>\n
Note that Flick usually limits his players to one day per week, requiring the manager to give him everything. He also tries to maintain a professional relationship with the squad “based on respect and commitment” in believing there should be a clear line between the manager and the player.<\/p>\n

And Flick has already revealed that he is a Rashford fan, describing him as a “great player” when asked about the potential moves of Winger in May. “This is what we talked about with the club,” Frick said.<\/p>\n
“In the final match, there may not have been many options in that position, so we need to bring more options and more options to the team. This is Deco’s job, it’s clear and I’ll support him.<\/p>\n
“I don’t want to talk about players that aren’t on my team, but of course, Lewis Diaz and Marcus Rashford are great players. I like them and I see what happens.”<\/p>\n
