LONDON (AP) \u2014 England regained top spot in a Women’s World Cup qualifier on Tuesday with a 1-0 victory over Spain in their latest encounter at Wembley Stadium.<\/p>\n

Lauren Hemp’s third-minute goal decided the game and the game was over. european champions england<\/span> Standing at the top of Group A3 with a 100% record.<\/p>\n

It was a repeat of last year’s Euro final and 2023 World Cup final, as well as the latest head-to-head showdown between the giants of the women’s game.<\/p>\n
