Harry Maguire confirmed he will join Manchester United on the US preseason tour after missing his flight on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
England defender Maguire appeared at halftime in a 0-0 draw with Leeds United in Stockholm on Saturday. However, he had to be replaced by Tyler Fredrickson in the second half.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday afternoon, the 32-year-old was not part of a 32-man United team that flew to Chicago for the Premier League summer series. The inclusion of the headline was a new one signed by Brian Mbeumo. He eventually completed the \u00a371 million transfer from Brentford on Monday.<\/p>\n
Goalkeeper Andre Onana is also on the plane. He is strengthening his recovery from a hamstring injury he maintained in the first week of preseason training. Miller Football reported last week that United wanted to welcome the 29-year-old Onana.<\/p>\n
However, Maguire was prominent by his absence. But he is now trying to ease his fear of injury on social media.<\/p>\n

He said: “It’s all fine now. I’ll be traveling tomorrow (Wednesday) to meet with the squad. I’m grateful for your concerns.”<\/p>\n
Looking forward to the states of the tour state, Reds boss Amorim was asked what he was looking forward to about his trip to North America.<\/p>\n
“It was the same on my last tour (meeting the fans),” he said. \u201cWe feel that they (the fans) are more valuable in every way, so we are trying to give them.<\/p>\n
“I think it’s our responsibility to interact with our fans. We have that in the group. We’re going to do that. And in that department we’re going to be closer to what Manchester United should be.”<\/p>\n

Many young people have been named to Amorim’s teams, including goalkeepers Dermot Mee and Will Murdock, Defenders Fredricson and Ayden Heaven, Midfielders Toby Collyer, Jack Fletcher and Sekou Kone, and Bendito Mantato, Chido Obi and Ethan Williams.<\/p>\n
United’s first game will face West Ham and will take place on Saturday in the UK midnight time at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, where next year’s World Cup final will be held. Amorim’s men will face Bournemouth in Chicago at 2:30am on Thursday, July 31st.<\/p>\n
Finally, the Red Devils are scheduled to play Everton in Atlanta on Saturday, August 3rd at 10pm. Their friendly will end in a week at Fiorentina at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n
