Paris Saint-Germain is now resolutely looking to the future and focusing on its sporting project and collective success,&#8221; the team said in a statement on Friday, as reported by Le Parisien newspaper.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ue-c-article__summary\">\n<figure class=\"ue-c-article__media ue-c-article__media--video  video-dailymotion\"><figcaption class=\"ue-c-article__media-caption\" itemprop=\"description\">\n<p><span class=\"ue-c-article__media-description\">Kylian Mbapp confronts a defender after his teammate Rodrygo is shoved<\/span><\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>The hearing in which the case was decided was on December 16th, but PSG had one month to appeal from the time it was officially notified of the court&#8217;s decision until around January 20th.<span class=\"xai-icon\"\/><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"ue-c-article__blockquote\">\n<p>In view of liability and in order to bring a final end to a process that has been too long and drawn out, the Club has decided not to extend this litigation.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mbappe, whose relationship with his former team soured after moving to Spain, had gone to a French court to claim unpaid wages, bonuses and holidays from PSG when the French captain&#8217;s contract expires in 2024, when he joined Real Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>As requested by the judge, the club immediately paid Luis Enrique 55 million euros in salary and bonuses during his final years with the team. A further 5.9 million euros, equivalent to vacation time, was still unpaid, but the player reported that he had not been paid. However, PSG denied the striker&#8217;s accusations.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Contrary to the completely false claims made by the player and his entourage, Paris Saint-Germain has complied with all its obligations under this judgment, including the publication of the judgment, which it has not previously challenged, and the payment of outstanding sums,&#8221;
