“Anto” seems to be working hard at training every day. She goes to an all-female gym and takes FitJam classes with Brazilian instructors twice a week. These classes are more like a mental escape than an intense session.<\/p>\n

The influencer, model, and businesswoman explained that exercise allows her to take a break from her routine, her phone, and her daily obligations. That’s why she leaves her phone in her bag for an hour every day and puts her watch on Do Not Disturb mode. This is meant to encourage moments of peace and relaxation, or reflection, without interruption.<\/p>\n

Antonella Roccuzzo: From fear of weights to recommending them to everyone<\/h2>\n

What impressed me most was his attitude toward weight training. For years, she avoided weight training for fear of “getting big,” a myth common to many women.<\/p>\n

I used to be scared of weightlifting because I thought it would make me “get big”, but that wasn’t the case.<\/p>\n

Now, she not only practices them, but also recommends them. She also encourages her parents to incorporate strength training into their weekly routines and believes it is essential for future health.<\/p>\n
