The Portuguese midfielder is considering his next move and will likely be flooded with offers from other clubs at the end of the season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Fernandes is disillusioned with the way the club is being run and the change in manager. He came close to leaving United last summer, but rejected the chance to join the Saudi Professional League.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Fernandes has been impressed with the impact Carrick has had as interim manager, but will now wait to see who the next permanent manager will be and whether United return to the Champions League.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The 31-year-old knows his next contract will be the last major contract of his career, and he knows he needs to make money. For United to have any chance of keeping Fernandes, they will need to offer him a new and improved contract worth around \u00a3400,000-a-week. He said, &#8220;We all want to win. We all want to get better. We all want to improve as a team.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;We want to be successful and we have to work towards that together, but Bruno has been great since I&#8217;ve been here.
