T<\/span>There was a time when Spain’s La Liga was dominated by the exploits, goals and assists of two great icons, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.<\/p>\nIt was a real challenge to play against Barcelona and Real Madrid because of the star players who led those teams. However, during a quick Q&A with influencer “thediegooviedoo”, Radamel recalled two “tough” players he had to play against at the time. <\/p>\n
When mentioning their names, he said without hesitation: “(Lionel) Messi and (Cristiano) Ronaldo” and confessed: “Every time I played against them, I scored goals, but they scored three goals and it was impossible to beat them.”<\/p>\n
In fact, Lionel scored 672 goals in 778 games during his time at Barcelona, \u200b\u200bestablishing himself as the team’s top scorer. Cristiano is currently the top scorer in soccer history with 958 goals, 450 of which came in 438 games for Real Madrid.<\/p>\n
Therefore, when asked about his experience playing against them, the current Millonarios player praised both players, saying: \u201cThey were much better and we always knew they could make a difference in the game.\u201d<\/p>\n
Falcao’s words highlight the level of competition at the time, where the challenge was not to score goals from the opposition, but to prevent goals from Leo and CR7, which was almost impossible.<\/p>\n
Similarly, Radamel’s confession reopens a new chapter in one of football’s biggest debates: who is better, Messi or Cristiano? But for Falcao, it’s clear. Both stars shine in their own right and deserve to be at the top.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
