BERGAMO, Italy (AP) – Atalanta’s Gianluca Scamacca scored twice to end a memorable week with a 2-1 win over Cagliari in Serie A on Saturday.<\/p>\n
It was the team’s fourth league win of the season, following Tuesday’s win over Chelsea in the Champions League, in which Scamacca also scored.<\/p>\n
He has scored in three games in a row, including last weekend’s league defeat against Hellas Verona. <\/p>\n
Scamacca took the lead in the 11th minute by flicking on Davide Zappacosta’s shot. The goal came from Ademola Lookman on the left side.<\/p>\n
Gianluca Gaetano equalized in the 75th minute in a brilliant team move, but Scamacca equalized six minutes later from close range.<\/p>\n
The Bergamo-based team’s busy schedule ahead of Sunday has lifted them to 11th place ahead of the remainder of the 15th round.<\/p>\n
Lazio win despite two red cards<\/h2>\n
Dutch midfielder Tijani Noslin scored a late goal for the nine-man Lazio side, who won 1-0 against Parma.<\/p>\n
Before the end of the first half, team captain Mattia Zaccagni was sent off for a two-footed lunge at Parma midfielder Nahuel Estevez, and in the second half, Toma Basic was also sent off for elbowing Parma midfielder Nahuel Estevez in the stomach.<\/p>\n
However, Noslin outran the defenders and past the goalkeeper to score the winning goal in the 82nd minute.<\/p>\n
Torino’s losing streak ends<\/h2>\n
Nikola Vlasic scored for Torino, who won 1-0 against visiting Cremonese, ending a six-match winless streak. Vlasic’s first-half goal was enough for a welcome victory after three straight defeats.<\/p>\n
