Ms. Yang and her boyfriend, Mr. Yeon, also tried to extort an additional 70 million won. In fact, Song was not the first person to be approached by another man who did not respond to 20-year-old Yang&#8217;s threats.<span\/><\/p>\n<p>The court said Ms Yang never confirmed the identity of the father after she discovered she was pregnant. It added that the victim, Mr Son, was a celebrity who was vulnerable to such crimes, which the defendants used to obtain large sums of money, and that the crimes were &#8220;heinous in nature&#8221;.
