And ahead of the match against the Hammers, Cherries manager Andoni Iraola explained: “Antoine is different. Justin (Kluivert) and Ben (Ganon Doak) have had muscular injuries, but in Antoine’s case what happened when he was there (away against Ghana) is nothing new. He was already dealing with an ankle injury.” Iraola is likely to provide further updates ahead of Bournemouth’s trip to Sunderland.<\/p>\n

However, the Guardian reports that the attacker has been training with the Blues’ squad this week and Chelsea expect him to be declared fit for Arsenal’s visit.<\/p>\n
Victor Gokeres<\/h3>\n
Victor Gokeres has not played since he was sent off during Arsenal’s win over Burnley before the November international break.<\/p>\n
The Swedish striker was not in the Gunners’ squad for Wednesday night’s Champions League game against Bayern Munich, but manager Mikel Arteta insisted his return is “very close”.<\/p>\n
And speaking at the same time about Gokeres and the injured Kai Havertz, Arteta added: “They’re both really good players. So we’ll probably re-examine them again over the next few days to see how everything is and if we can push them for the weekend and the next game.”<\/p>\n
Gabriel<\/h3>\n
Arsenal will likely be without Gabriel for the third consecutive game after the talented defender was sent off in Brazil’s recent friendly against Senegal.<\/p>\n
Gabriel is suffering from an adductor injury and recent reports suggest he could be out until the new year. Meanwhile, Arteta revealed the centre-back will be out for “a few weeks” ahead of last weekend’s North London derby.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
