Celtic fans have never been so disgusted. This is no small feat, considering one of them is Humza Yousaf, the failed former First Minister of Scotland and the human incarnation of the 30-minute color wash cycle.<\/p>\n

But even that Humza could not overcome the complete moral bankruptcy on display this weekend. In an act so embarrassingly pathetic that it made Liverpool’s Premier League title defense look respectable, Celtic supporters turned their backs before the game against Kilmarnock and booed Remembrance Sunday’s minute’s silence for those who lost their lives in the war. Referee Don Robertson had no choice but to end the tribute after just 15 seconds. This is roughly the same amount of time Celtic spend in the Champions League each season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Never mind the fact that some Celtic players fought and some died on the battlefields of the First World War, or that thousands of Glaswegians were massacred in the Second World War. These stupid, shameless people are so obsessed with anti-British anger and so patently anti-logical that their despicable demonstration was all that mattered.<\/p>\n

No matter what you think about Britain, its empire or its role in history, it is as shameful as it is foolish to heckle the innocent dead. Imagine booing at a cenotaph, a poppy, or a kitten video on YouTube. Same level of ignorant stupidity, just more kilts and scarves.<\/p>\n

Being anti-Remembrance makes as much sense as being anti-Sidney Sweeney boobs. Even if you were historically illiterate and a virtue-touting clown, as clearly many were, there is no excuse to dishonor the courage, sacrifice, and fear endured by millions of soldiers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Celtic fans have turned their tribute to last year’s 7-1 defeat to Borussia Dortmund into a circus-like act worthy of a Harry Maguire YouTube compilation. By booing the very concept of respect and dignity, they revealed themselves not as anti-establishment daredevils, but as empty, ideologically-bound lunatics.<\/p>\n

That’s not surprising. This fan base is so wrapped up in imagined oppression and victimhood that it favors the Islamist terrorists of Hamas and calls acts of mass murder “resistance.” Their moral compass is so broken and half-baked that they might as well get a job in the SNP.<\/p>\n

Punishment must come afterwards. If he had been involved in the scuffle, Celtic’s match would have been played behind closed doors. this? This is worse than a fight. This is a slap in the face to humanity and British decency. The club will be fined, the supporters suspended and forced to do 1,000 hours of community service.<\/p>\n

Have them weave poppies in the shape of the Archbishop of Canterbury’s face while chanting the names of all the fallen soldiers they insulted. I hope they learn that some things are so flagrantly anti-British and so wrong that they should be stomped on faster than Scotland’s chances of scoring in an international tournament.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Here’s the cruel truth. If you can boo a minute’s silence for the dead, you are so disrespectful that even Ebenezer Scrooge would refuse to sit next to you at Christmas dinner. Scarf-waving bravado will not revive a soldier or heal a grieving family. It’s just a flashing neon sign that says, “We have no shame, no respect, and a two-dimensional understanding of history.”<\/p>\n

So this is a warning to the last kilt ninjas on Celtic’s terraces. If you keep booing the brave and ridiculing the sacrifices, the world will remember you – not as a fan or a football lover, but as the human equivalent of soggy haggis, soft and sad and fundamentally unfit for polite company.<\/p>\n

Bravo, Celts \u2013 you have outdone yourself in disgust \u2013 and that is a feat that will earn you nothing less than the collective eye of every decent human being within a 10 mile radius.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
