Rashford, currently on loan at Barcelona, \u200b\u200bhas been making headlines in La Liga after falling out of favor with United manager Ruben Amorim during his time at Old Trafford. The 28-year-old forward has scored five goals and provided seven assists in just 13 appearances in La Liga and the Champions League.<\/p>\n<p>Barcelona have been given an option to sign Rashford for \u00a328m, which is significantly lower than the \u00a340m United would demand from other interested clubs. Despite having more than two years left on his contract, Rashford&#8217;s future at United appears uncertain. As the new year approaches, Barcelona are reportedly already making plans for the end of Rashford&#8217;s loan spell.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A second loan is seen as unlikely, but Spanish newspaper Sport reported that the Catalan is working on &#8220;the outline of an agreement&#8221; with United. The company plans to decide whether to activate the buyout clause after further discussions.<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, the club are reportedly leaning towards saying yes. However, Rashford&#8217;s contract and salary remain a major sticking point, with one possibility being a long-term deal with a pay cut.<\/p>\n<p>Reports also claim that Rashford&#8217;s agent is already in talks with Barcelona and is &#8220;willing&#8221; to reach an agreement until the summer of 2030. Rashford himself has announced his intention to remain at Barcelona.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m really enjoying my time in Spain and the weather is great,&#8221; he said. \u201c(It was) a huge change.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m learning every day and I&#8217;m having a lot of fun. I want to be here for a long time. I&#8217;m also very good friends with Rooney[Bulge]Jules[Kunde]and Frenkie[De Jong].<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a team where we all come together. We&#8217;re united. The team is great. I just have to be in the right position. I&#8217;m going to keep working. I&#8217;ve got to keep trying to be the best version of myself.
