M<\/span>O’Neill Nasrawi is Lamine Yamal’s father. He first came to attention after a stabbing incident he was involved in on August 14, 2024. He was hospitalized due to his injuries (three in total) and was in critical condition. An investigation was therefore launched to determine the cause of what happened. Only now are more details about what happened. The fight took place on the streets of Roca Fonda in Mataro district and ended with Yamal’s father being stabbed.<\/p>\n

Only now have we learned more about what happened. A few days ago, Nasrawi had to appear in Courtroom 3 in Mataro as a defendant rather than a victim. The assailant’s defense claimed he made a “mistake” after snatching a knife from one of Nasrawi’s friends and receiving a punch that broke his nasal septum.<\/p>\n

According to a synopsis of the incident obtained by La Vanguardia newspaper, in the order listed, the two alleged perpetrators, their father and a family friend, were waiting for Mounir Nasraoui’s arrival in the parking lot of a soccer field in the Rocafonda area.<\/p>\n

The first attempt at conflict occurred when Lamine Yamal’s father was sprayed with water from the third floor of a building while he was walking alone on Frank Marcia Street. It was a child playing with the wash basin. The family went to the street and the first argument began. “That can’t happen. I was walking calmly and they threw things at me. Either a good lawyer will solve the problem or we will solve the problem later,” he told the officer.<\/p>\n

At that time, he decided to meet two of Mataro’s friends in Barcelona and returned to the parking lot of the Roca Fonda soccer stadium, where the attack took place at night. Members of this family carried retractable self-defense knives and large stones from the beginning. “Munir ran, he (the one with the knife) came behind him and stabbed him. He stabbed him two or three times in the chest and side.”<\/p>\n

One of Ramin’s father’s friends said Nasrawi “tried to kill him. One of them had a knife.” He further stated, “I started beating him as if it were an animal.I was going to kill him.”<\/p>\n

After being convicted last December, the men were released on charges and continue to claim they were victims of Ramin Yamal’s father.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
