According to The Athletic, Chelsea do not intend to sign another raft of players in the summer but are prepared to spend big again in a few key positions. One of those will be another forward.
The article is centered around Joao Felix, who of course is only on loan with no option to buy. So if they want to keep him this summer and going forward, then he is one of those players that they might have to spend big on.
